I would back some of the thinner parts of these with a lightweight putty like Free Form air.

You could also use a normal epoxy putty if you just want to bulk out a few areas. These are sculpted over my own head form so they will fit people differently! They can be warmed and shaped if they are too narrow.

This prop piece was hand sculpted and has been reproduced in slightly flexible urethane. Each is hand painted and ready to wear! Just tie the cloth band around your head. Buyer may need to heat shape the headband to fit snugly. Lightweight and comfortable, will be a great addition to a cyberpunk outfit!
