• Panthenol Vitamin B Complex Factor - used to condition hair
• Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein - thickens, curls and strengthens lashes

Suggested Use

To Use: Start at the base of the lashes and gently move up to the tips until covered. Can be used alone or under mascara.
